Please be informed that there will be low to no water pressure, due to clogged filtration that requires immediate cleaning and maintenance.

The clogging has affected the normal flow and distribution of water, making it necessary to conduct immediate cleaning and maintenance to prevent further service deterioration and to ensure the safety and quality of the water supply.

AFFECTED AREAS: Pangi, Sanito, Bangkerohan, Magdaup, Lower Taway, Tirso Babiera, Ipil Heights, some parts of Poblacion Ipil, Don Andres and Nesoricon Village.

During the cleaning operation, temporary water interruption and reduced pressure are expected. Consumers in higher elevations are likely to be the most affected.

Rest assured that our technical team is working promptly to complete the cleaning activity. Water service will gradually return to normal immediately after the filtration cleaning is completed.

We strongly advise customers to:
Store sufficient water for daily use
Use water wisely during this period
