IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL ITWD CONCESSIONAIRES:

NEW DUE DATE SCHEDULE effective May 2026 per Board Resolution No. 7, series of 2026.
Please be informed that starting May 2026 billing, the due date for water bill payments will follow a new zone-based schedule:

ZONE DUE DATE
Zone 1 Every 12th of the Month
Zone 2 Every 13th of the Month
Zone 3 Every 14th of the Month
Zone 4 Every 15th of the Month
Zone 5 Every 16th of the Month
Zone 6 Every 17th of the Month
Zone 7 Every 18th of the Month
Zone 8 Every 19th of the Month
Zone 9 Every 20th of the Month
Zone 10 Every 21st of the Month

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1. Payment of the water bill made after due date shall be subject to a 10% penalty.
2. Water service connection will be subjected for disconnection three (3) days after due date, if payment of bill is not made.
3. The billing statement shall serve as the official Notice of Disconnection.
4. Reconnection shall only be made upon full payment of outstanding balance, penalties, and reconnection fee.
To determine your zone, please refer to your account number found on your billing receipt. The first two digits of your account number indicate the zone you belong to.

Example: If your account number starts with “03”, you are under Zone 3.
Please pay on or before due date to avoid inconvenience.
