We would like to inform all concessionaires that there will be a temporary interruption of water supply due to a panel board malfunction and electrical imbalance affecting the operation of our pumping system.

Details:
Cause: Panel board problem and unbalanced electrical load
Effect: Disruption in normal water distribution

AFFECTED AREAS: Pangi, Sanito, Bangkerohan, Magdaup, Lower Taway, Tirso Babiera, Ipil Heights, some parts of Poblacion Ipil, Don Andres and Nesoricon Village.

Our technical team is currently working to resolve the issue as quickly and safely as possible. Restoration of service will resume immediately once repairs are completed and the system is stabilized.

Advisory:
We encourage everyone to store enough water for essential use during this period.
Please use water wisely and conservatively.
